W związku z Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) z dn. 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych (RODO) pragniemy poinformować, że:

1. Administratorem Państwa danych osobowych jest ProQres Poland Sp. z o.o., Al. Kościuszki 23/25, Lok. 5a (klatka B), 90-418 Łódź;
2. Państwa dane osobowe są przetwarzane wyłącznie do celów wynikających z prawnie uzasadnionych interesów realizowanych przez Administratora, w szczególności w celu marketingu usług i produktów własnych lub w zawiązku z realizacją transakcji handlowych. Dane te nie będą udostępniane innym podmiotom, za wyjątkiem podmiotów pośredniczących w realizacji Państwa zamówień (transport, spedycja).
3. Państwa dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez Administratora do czasu wycofania przez Państwa zgody lub ustania celu, dla jakiego dane te zostały zgromadzone;
4. Mają Państwo prawo do żądania od Administratora dostępu do swoich danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, a także prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania oraz prawo do przenoszenia danych.
5. Mają Państwo prawo do cofnięcia zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych poprzez wysłanie maila na biuro@proqres.eu lub za pośrednictwem poczty tradycyjnej.
6. Mają Państwo prawo do wniesienia skargi do Organu Nadzorczego (po 25.05.2018 r. do Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

 

 

In connection with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we would like to inform that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is ProQres Poland Sp. z o.o., Al. Kosciuszki 23/25, Lok. 5a (cage B), 90-418 Lodz;
2. Your personal data is processed only for the purposes resulting from the legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, in particular for the purpose of marketing its own services and products or in connection with commercial transactions. The data will not be made available to other entities, with the exception of entities mediating in the execution of your orders (transport, forwarding).
3. Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator until your consent is withdrawn or the purpose for which the data was collected ceases;
4. You have the right to request the Administrator to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to data transfer.
5. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data by sending an e-mail to biuro@proqres.eu or by traditional mail.
6. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the Supervisory Authority (after 25.05.2018 to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
